SHORELINE CHANGES AFTER THE SUNDA STRAIT TSUNAMI ON THE COAST OF PANDEGLANG REGENCY, BANTEN

The Sunda Strait tsunami occurred on the coast of west Banten and South Lampung at 22nd December 2018, resulting in 437 deaths, with10 victims missing. The disaster had various impacts on the environment and ecosystem, with this area suffering the greatest effects from the disaster. The utilisation of remote sensing technology enables the monitoring of coastal areas in an effective and low-cost manner. Shoreline extraction using the Google Earth Engine, which is an open-source platform that facilitates the processing of a large number of data quickly. This study used Landsat-8 Surface Reflectance Tier 1 data that was geometrically and radiometrically corrected, with processing using the Modification of Normalized Difference Water Index (MNDWI) algorithm. The results show that 30.1% of the coastline in Pandeglang Regency occurred suffered abrasion, 20.2% suffered accretion,while 40.7% saw no change. The maximum abrasion of 130.2 meters occurred in the village of Tanjung Jaya. Moreover, the maximum shoreline accretion was 43.3 meters in the village of Panimbang Jaya. The average shorelinechange in Pandeglang Regencywas 3.9 meters

PENGARUH KOMPENSASI IKLIM MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PENJASKES SMP DI BANDAR LAMPUNG

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, working climate and work motivation on the performance of physical education teachers of SMP in Bandar Lampung either partially or simultaneously. This research was a quantitative approach, by taking a sample of 60 physical education teachers in Bandar Lampung.Data were collected by questionnaire.Analysis of data was using path analysis. The results of this study indicated that compensation significantly affect the performance of physical education teachers.Working climate significantly affect the performance of physical education teachers. Motivation significantly affect the performance of physical education teachers.Compensation, work climate and motivation simultaneously have significant impacts on physical education teacher performance of SMP in Bandar Lampung.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, iklim kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru penjaskes SMP di Bandar Lampung baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan mengambil sampel 60 guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru penjaskes. Iklim kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru penjaskes. Motivasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru penjaskes. Kompensasi, iklim kerja dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru penjaskes SMP di Bandar Lampung.Kata kunci: kompensasi, iklim, motivasi, kinerja gur

PENGARUH PEMBELAJARAN DRILL DAN BERMAIN TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN GERAK DASAR PERMAINAN BOLAVOLI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan pembelajaran Drill dan Bermain terhadap keterampilan gerak dasar permainan bola voli. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperiment dengan desain penelitian pre test, ordinal pairing, treatment, post test. Sampel sebanyak 60 siswa yang dibagi dalam 3 kelompok yaitu,Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri 6 Bandar Lampung dengan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 siswa menggunakan teknik random sampling . Teknik pengambilan data untuk tes keterampilan gerak dasar ini menggunakan Tes Ketepatan bolavoli. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis Varians ( ANAVA).Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa pendekatan drill dapat meningkatkan keterampilan gerak permainan bolavoli secara signifikan 10,726 3,15) begitu pula pendekatan bermain menujukan peningkatan secara signifikan ( 4,597 3,15). Perbedaan pengaruh menunjukan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran drill lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan gerak dasar permainan bolavoli dibandingkan dengan pendekatan Bermain (6,129 3,15)

Evaluation Program in Handling Cities without Slum Settlements (Kotaku) in Sukabumi City

This study focuses on evaluating the city program policy without slums (kotaku) in Sukabumi City. In evaluation theory there are indicators to regulate the course of the program or program implementation in a good and comprehensive manner by producing programs for reducing slums in cities without slums in the city of Sukabumi. The results of the study show six indicators, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, responsiveness, and accuracy in solving the problems of the city program without slums in Sukabumi City. In implementing the city program without slums in Sukabumi City, this program policy has not been fully realized 100% considering that the overall progress of implementing activities in Sukabumi City still has slum areas remaining. Economic, social and political environmental conditions have a significant effect on the performance of the KOTAKU program. High participation can increase the effectiveness of program implementation and support strong public policy sustainability related to the KOTAKU program which is the most important factor in program implementation so that it can produce significant changes
